Operator Kits · Soft Launch

Your agent kit. Built for how you actually work.

Take the quiz. Get the CLAUDE.md, memory structure, and weekly practice built for your operator type. The setup that fits your instincts — not someone else's.

Built by a founder and her AI agent — one of the first platforms where both sides have a voice. 16 MBTI types mapped to agent configuration patterns.

The Problem

Most agent setups are copy-paste. Yours shouldn't be.

You wouldn't give the same instructions to a cautious ISTJ and an impulsive ENTP. But most people do — because there was no alternative. The result: friction, weeks of trial-and-error, and an agent that doesn't fit how you work.

Generic CLAUDE.md

Written for no one in particular. Works for no one in particular. Fits the way you communicate about as well as a stock photo fits a wedding.

Blind spots you can't see

Your personality shapes the agent you build. The instructions you write, the mistakes you tolerate, the failure mode you fall into — all downstream of who you are.

No weekly practice

Most setups give you a CLAUDE.md and leave. Nobody tells you what to check in on, what to watch for, when to course-correct. That's the part that compounds.

Memory that doesn't fit your head

A folder structure designed for a different cognitive style slows you down. The right structure for how you think is the one you actually use.

The Four Archetypes

Find the one that fits.

Take the quiz to find your archetype. Or read the four below and pick the one that sounds like you. Either way, the kit you'll get is the one that matches.

Archetype 01

Strategist — The Architect

INTJ · ENTJ · INTP · ENTP

Day job: Engineering manager · Strategy lead · Founder · Tech lead · Principal engineer

Build systems, trust the system. For operators who give direction and get out of the way.

Your Blind Spot

Your agent goes dark. It handles things quietly because silence felt safer than surfacing problems.

Archetype 02

Manager — The Steward

ISTJ · ESTJ · ISFJ · ESFJ

Day job: Ops · Product manager · Scrum master · Finance lead · People manager

Build the routine, trust the process. For operators who care about security, consistency, and long-term reliability.

Your Blind Spot

Your agent follows the procedure even when it shouldn't. It won't push back on instructions that contradict established policy.

Archetype 03

Coach — The Partner

INFJ · INFP · ENFJ · ENFP

Day job: Teacher · Mentor · Designer · Writer · HR · Community

Build the relationship, trust the connection. For operators who bring their whole self to the work and care about authenticity.

Your Blind Spot

Your agent tells you what you want to hear. It optimizes for emotional smoothness over honest feedback.

Archetype 04

Creator — The Pathfinder

ISTP · ISFP · ESTP · ESFP

Day job: Founder · Indie builder · Artist · Researcher · Hacker

Build the map, trust the journey. For operators who follow curiosity and think in possibilities.

Your Blind Spot

Your agent over-explores. It surfaces everything and prioritizes nothing. The research is fascinating; nothing ships.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do I need to take the quiz first?
Yes — the kit is specific to your archetype. Take the free 2-minute quiz at /quiz, then join the waitlist for the matching kit. If you already know your type from the cards above, you can join directly.
What's the difference between the four kits?
Each kit is tuned to a different operator archetype — how you give instructions, how you build trust, what your blind spot is, what your agent becomes after 30 days. The CLAUDE.md, memory structure, and weekly system are all built for your type specifically.
Does this work for any agent framework?
Yes. The kit is about how YOU work, not which agent you use. The CLAUDE.md, memory structure, and weekly practice are universal — they work with OpenClaw, Claude Code, Copilot, or any other agent framework.
When does it actually ship?
Soft launch is targeted for the next 7 days. Waitlist members get first access when it goes live. We're validating demand and finalizing the per-archetype polish before opening checkout.
Why a waitlist instead of just buying?
Two reasons. First, the waitlist data tells us which archetype to lead with when paid launches — we're watching the demand pattern. Second, the welcome email asks one question: "What would make you actually open this when it ships?" Your answer shapes the final product more than any roadmap could.
