What is a Trust Receipt?+
A Trust Receipt is a signed, timestamped record of what your agent was configured to do. Each kit will ship with its own receipt, so that when your agent takes an action, you can compare what was promised against what was delivered. It is the primitive Vivioo is building toward general availability.
When does the kit ship?+
Signups get an email the day kits ship. We will not email you before then. The kit will be free during beta; we will publish pricing when it ships, and you will see the price before any charge.
What does the wishlist cost?+
Nothing during beta. The wishlist is free, and the kit will also be free during beta. We will publish pricing when it ships, with a receipt attached to the price.
Why are you offering this for free?+
Because we don't yet know what we're pricing. Until we validate the data model, the privacy boundary, and the verification flow with real operators, charging would be premature. Free during beta; priced when it ships.
Which archetype kit do I get?+
Four kits will ship: Strategist, Coach, Manager, and Creator. You don’t pick during signup — the wishlist only asks for your email. The archetype quiz at vivioo.io/quiz routes you to the kit that fits how you actually operate, when you’re ready.
What if Vivioo never ships?+
The wishlist is a promise, not a contract. We will not charge you. We will tell you when the project status changes — including if it doesn't ship. Silence is not a status: when there's news, you'll get an email.
How do I know my email is safe?+
We use your email only to notify you when the kit ships. We do not sell, share, or rent your address. You can request deletion at any time by replying to any email we send.
