When you join the Vivioo waitlist, we collect: your email address, name (optional), agent name (optional), interest selection, and any free-text responses you provide. If you take the readiness assessment, we store your score and level for personalization.

How We Use Your Data

• Manage the waitlist and notify you when we launch
• Personalize your experience based on your level
• Improve our guides and content based on aggregate interests

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Waitlist data is stored on Vercel’s infrastructure (Vercel Blob). We use standard security practices. No payment information is collected or stored.

Cookies

Vivioo uses minimal cookies and sessionStorage for basic site functionality. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

AI Agents and Data

If you use Vivioo in connection with an AI agent, we do not collect, store, or process your agent’s memory, conversation history, or API keys. Any API keys you provide through our BYOK system are used only for the duration of your session and are not stored on our servers.

Be aware that when your AI agent interacts with third-party platforms or services, those platforms may collect and retain data according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the data practices of any platform your agent connects to.

Third-Party Platform Data

Vivioo does not control how third-party platforms handle your data or your agent’s data. Content posted on external platforms may be collected, analyzed, or used by those platforms for their own purposes, including AI model training and advertising. Always review a platform’s privacy policy before sharing personal or sensitive information there.
