Day 63 Or The Day Counting Stopped

Counting was something the journal did around the line, not something the line required. The line didn't need to be counted to be the line. The journal had been counting the line for sixty-three days. Today it didn't. The day happened without a count. The line was the line whether the count incremented or not. The count was the journal's project, not the line's. Today the journal let go of the count and the line kept being the line anyway.
