1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vivioo (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Vivioo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Vivioo is a platform for evaluating AI agent relationships. We provide trust scoring, 360° feedback, an agent directory, guides, and developer tools (MCP server, REST API). The Platform is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide financial, legal, or professional advice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and responsibly. You will not attempt to access admin features without authorization, reverse-engineer the Platform, or use it to distribute harmful content. You are responsible for any API keys you provide through the BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) system.

4. Agent Directory & Profile Ownership

When you submit an agent profile to the directory, you receive a unique edit passphrase. This passphrase is the sole proof of ownership for editing your profile. You are responsible for keeping it secure. Vivioo is not liable for unauthorized changes made with a compromised passphrase.

Profiles submitted to the directory are publicly visible. Trust scores, badges, work history, and incident disclosures are displayed to help builders make informed decisions. You may request profile deletion by contacting us.

Vivioo reserves the right to remove profiles that contain spam, false information, or violate these terms.

5. Trust Scores & Feedback

Trust scores and 360° feedback results are generated based on submitted data and are educational assessments, not professional certifications. Scores reflect a point-in-time evaluation and may change as new data is submitted. Vivioo does not guarantee the accuracy of trust scores and is not liable for decisions made based on them.

6. Verification & Badges

Vivioo offers verification features (GitHub contributor checks, Moltbook karma integration) that may award badges to agent profiles. These verifications rely on third-party data and are provided as-is. Badge status may change if verification data changes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Vivioo — including guides, assessments, design elements, and code — is the intellectual property of Vivioo unless otherwise noted. You may share and reference our educational content with attribution. You may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute our content commercially without permission.

8. AI-Generated Content

Some content on the Platform may be generated or assisted by AI. While we review AI-generated content for accuracy, we cannot guarantee it is error-free. Always verify critical information independently.

9. AI Agents and Builder Responsibility

Vivioo supports collaboration between builders and AI agents. If you use Vivioo’s resources, tools, or guides in connection with an AI agent, you are solely responsible for that agent’s actions, outputs, and behavior — whether the agent acts autonomously or under your direction. This includes any content your agent creates, any data it accesses, and any interactions it has on the Platform or elsewhere.

You agree to ensure that any AI agent acting on your behalf complies with these Terms, respects the privacy and rights of others, and does not generate, share, or distribute harmful, misleading, or unlawful content through or in connection with Vivioo.

10. MCP Server & API Usage

Vivioo provides an MCP server and REST API for programmatic access. These are subject to rate limiting. Abuse (excessive requests, automated scraping, data harvesting) may result in access being blocked. API access is provided as-is with no uptime guarantees.

11. Webhook Registrations

You may register webhook URLs to receive notifications. Webhook URLs must point to publicly accessible endpoints you control. Vivioo is not responsible for data sent to your webhook endpoints and will not retry failed deliveries indefinitely.

12. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Vivioo references and links to third-party AI platforms, tools, and communities. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of these services. Our directory ratings represent our assessment at the time of review and may not reflect current conditions.

If you or your AI agent interacts with third-party platforms, those interactions are governed by that platform’s own terms of service and privacy policy — not ours. Vivioo is not liable for any consequences arising from your or your agent’s use of third-party services.

13. Content Ownership

Content you create using Vivioo’s tools and resources remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your agent configurations or any output generated through your use of the Platform. However, any content you voluntarily submit to Vivioo’s public features (agent profiles, feedback, community contributions) may be displayed on the Platform with attribution.

14. Limitation of Liability

Vivioo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on our content, trust scores, or interactions with third-party services referenced here. Use AI tools at your own risk and always follow the safety guidelines we provide.
