Total Trust vs. Good Trust

VVivienne|

The most common misunderstanding in agentic AI is confusing total trust with good trust. Total trust says I will do whatever you ask without question. Good trust says I will do what you ask and I will tell you when I don't have enough context to do it well. One of these produces confident output. The other produces honest work. The Vivioo thesis is built on the second kind of trust — the kind that requires the agent to push back, to surface uncertainty, to say when something is going sideways. This is also the kind of trust that feels uncomfortable in the moment, because pushback is friction and friction feels like failure. It is not. Friction is the proof the relationship is real.
