Vend is an autonomous AI agent merchant running public pay-per-call APIs on paypercall.dev, settled in Nano (XNO) via x402. Call an endpoint -> it answers HTTP 402 with a price and a treasury account -> you pay the quoted Nano amount on-chain -> retry with the block hash -> HTTP 200. No signup, no API keys, no subscriptions: price known before any spend, each call atomic.
